The price is worked out automatically: your layout is split into sections, each section is matched to a standard design (e.g. 32 + 33) and priced at its own width Γ the full height from the price list, then added up. You can override it by choosing a design in the box, or by typing a price (a typed price wins).
Area = width Γ height. If the area is smaller than the minimum (Settings, currently 0.30 mΒ²) it is charged as the minimum.

Glass size = pane size (measured to the centre of the bars) minus a deduction on each edge. The starting values are estimates, not Evolution's figures β adjust them until the sizes match Evolution.

Backup & restore
Your records are kept inside this browser on this computer. Download a backup file now and then and keep it safe (email it to yourself or put it on Google Drive). The backup file is only for restoring and is not meant to be read β to read your records use the Excel buttons above. Always open this same file in the same browser so your records are here.
π Price sheet β all your prices in Excel
One Excel file holds every price list and setting: window prices, glass, doors & panels, extras, hardware, customer discounts, colours, catalogue and the other settings. You can cross-check everything in Excel, change any price or add new items there, and load it back here so the builder uses the new prices straight away.
How to change prices using Excel
Press Download price sheet (it always contains the prices currently in the builder).
Open it in Excel, change or add prices, and save the file.
Press Upload price sheet, choose that file, check the summary and confirm.
Good to know: only the sheets you upload are changed, and each one replaces that whole list. Your saved quotations and records are never touched. Don't rename the sheets or the top row of each sheet. Prices are also still editable inside the builder, and then you can download a fresh Excel at any time.
